Sajid started with Talent Management Consultancy 8 years ago as a junior research associate and rose from the rank with the assistance of MBA program in HR and the constant mentoring and guidance of the Managing Director. He has pioneered the efforts within the UAE of moving across from contingent search to executive search and currently recruits management teams for numerous fortune 500 companies within the IT, Financial and Construction verticals. He specialises in technical assignments and is routinely quoted in trade magazines and publications locally and provides independent perspective on employment and compensation issues within the Middle East. UAE/Dubai is home to him since age 10 and he continued his education in the UAE and Bombay and acquired technical qualifications. He has pursued computer engineering and joined a leading IT firm in Bombay to gain initial experience as a pre-sales professional.
