Jerzy Potocki was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. He holds a degree in Applied Informatics (Warsaw Technical University) and Management (postgraduate Master studies at the University of Warsaw and HEC Paris).
Jerzy is managing Partner at AIMS International Poland (Executive Search & Assessment) and has 15 years of experience in Search & Selection and other HR Consulting fields (AIMS, IDEA! Management Consulting, Watson Wyatt, ADP). He is specialised in high quality Executive Search and Assessment.
Jerzy has been working in personnel consulting since the beginning of his professional career in 1990, conducting numerous search and selection projects and filled top management positions (i.e. Directors, Vice Presidents, C-level and Board level) for a wide range of firms, including Information Technology Companies. Jerzy has been also consulting in BPR and IT projects. Working mostly with international clients he is managing the Polish office of AIMS International.
