Tom de Geus Managing Partner. After his Master’s, Tom completed a six-year PhD in Behavioural and Change Science from the perspective of system thinking. He has held a wide variety of posts as a project and line manager in various industries and markets. At AIMS International Tom is involved among other things in consultancy and training in Change Management, Business Management and Business Development. In addition, he specialises in individual coaching for managers. He also organises larger events for international companies. Clients often want to develop their talents within a given framework of company-wide starting points. Consistency of content, competency and performance development, cultural behaviour and quality must then be rolled out in all countries. AIMS can do that, but can also ensure that the specific national (cultural) aspects are given a place by involving trainers from the country where the training will take place. This enables AIMS to deliver truly customised solutions to each client, every time.
