Essaid Bellal ISO 10011 certified social auditor, Post-graduate diploma in human resources economy and a Masters in applied economics from Paris IX Dauphine. Over 20 years’ corporate experience in human resources management and organization. Vice-president of the IAS (international social audit institute) Member of the Board of the AGRH (French-speaking human resources management association. Former president of the AGEF and current president of the association C3+ of recruitment agencies.

After a Master degree in corporate management and a post-graduate diploma in strategic management, as well as various internships in France and Morocco, she joined DIORH in 2002 as a recruitment and assessment consultant. She is involved mainly in recruitment, assessment and professional reinsertion assignments. She also works with IRH giving training courses on these subjects.

After higher education studies and solid legal experience in business law, she gradually moved into Human Resources through large-scale assignments in administrative and HR management as well as corporate communication. Since joining DIORH, she has worked mainly on recruitment and assessment assignments.
