Simona has a BS degree in Economics and Business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. She has started her career in HR as Managing Director of “Fontes Vilnius” in 2000. She previously worked with AB Alna, a leading Lithuanian IT group as HR director and later as COO. Currently she is Partner and Chairman of the Board in Fontes Vilnius.
