He has started his career in HR consultancy with Mülder & Partner/Heidrick & Struggles in Germany. Lately he worked with leading executive search companies as senior associate and senior consultant. The consulting expertise of Mr Erdal includes different industry sectors, from FCMG, to Print and Investment goods and Automotive .
