Before that, he has experience from Andersen Consulting/Accenture and Teamware Fujitsu.
He has authored books about e.g. mobile service development, human factors & organizational issues. Hiltunen works as the Managing Director and Partner in Open Management & Progress/AIMS Finland and leads globally the IT and Telecom industry group.
