Per Kaalby, born in 1956 offers 11 years of experience in advising and consulting Executive Boards of Directors, Management Teams and Leaders in prominent Danish and International Groups and Companies. Per Kaalby has performed a large number of executive recruitments, previously during his collaboration with the PA Consulting Group and the Korn Ferry Group.

Prior to that Per Kaalby has gained an outstanding cross-cultural and business understanding of 23 years of international experience in Europe, U.S.A. North and South East Asia, including 10 years of living and working experience in Germany and the U.S.A. Per Kaalby has 13 years of experience in several Senior Management positions such as Director and Managing Director within the third-largest finance house in Europe.

Per Kaalby has an indebt understanding of the Renewable industry, and has over the last 5 years searched and solved a very large number of Executive and Senior Management positions at Group level and across all BU- and functions internationally.
